Product

The office mail server that works with the email you already have — Google, Hostinger, Zoho, GoDaddy and more.

Keep your current email provider — Google Workspace / Gmail, Hostinger, Titan Email, GoDaddy, Zoho Mail and cPanel hosting or any IMAP/POP3 service. Vayrone PostMaster runs on a server in your office, brings every employee's mail into a local mailbox, serves it to Outlook, Thunderbird, phones and webmail, and adds archiving, backups and mail rules.

What it is

Works with the email you already have. Keep your mailboxes at Google Workspace or Gmail, Hostinger, Titan Email, GoDaddy, Zoho Mail, your cPanel hosting — or any provider that offers IMAP or POP3. Nothing changes for the outside world: same addresses, same domain, same provider. PostMaster simply collects each employee's new mail within seconds into a local mailbox on your own office server, and every message keeps its original date and time.

Your team reads and sends mail from Outlook, Thunderbird, their phones or the built-in webmail, using an office password. Provider passwords stay encrypted on the server and are never shown to staff. Outgoing mail leaves through one provider account, and each person's own address stays the sender. No ports need to be opened to the internet — staff outside the office connect over your VPN.

For management and compliance, PostMaster keeps an archive of every email that users cannot delete, with search, export, legal hold and an audit log. Journaling sends copies of selected mail to a manager or compliance address, and server-side rules sort, forward and auto-reply on every device, even when the PC is off.

It runs on Windows or Linux and is set up with a guided wizard. Backups are scheduled, encrypted for the cloud and checked every night; updates are signed by Vayrone, back up the database first and roll back on their own if anything fails. A health dashboard warns you about disk space, the mail queue, backups, certificates and the licence before they become problems.

PostMaster is licensed per user, with an Annual Maintenance Contract for updates and support from our engineers in Agra. Moving from another office mail server? You choose the moment PostMaster takes over, so mail that is already on your PCs is never downloaded twice.

Questions

Do we have to change our email provider?

No. PostMaster works with the email you already use. Every mailbox stays at your current provider, your addresses and domain don't change, and you keep paying the provider as before — PostMaster just brings the mail into your office server and sends outgoing mail through your provider account.

Which email providers does it work with?

Google Workspace / Gmail, Hostinger, Titan Email, GoDaddy, Zoho Mail and cPanel hosting have ready-made settings, and any other provider that offers IMAP or POP3 works with its server details. For Google Workspace or Gmail, turn on 2-step verification and create an app password for PostMaster.

What does the server need?

A Windows PC or server, or a Linux server, with a fixed office IP address. Plan about 1 GB of disk per user per year plus the archive, a UPS, and a second disk, NAS or cloud bucket for backups.

Can staff use it outside the office?

Yes, through your company VPN. PostMaster doesn't need any ports opened to the internet, which keeps the server out of reach of attackers.

We're moving from another office mail server. Will mail be downloaded twice?

No. You choose the moment PostMaster takes over. Mail received before that stays at the provider and in your existing Outlook; everything after it is collected once, with its original date and time.

How is it priced?

By the number of users, plus a yearly Annual Maintenance Contract for updates and support. Tell us your team size and we'll send a quote.

How do updates work?

Admin → Updates → Check now → Install. Updates are signed by Vayrone, back up the database first and roll back by themselves if anything goes wrong. Sites without internet can upload the update file instead.

What happens if our licence or AMC expires?

Your mail keeps flowing. You get reminders before the expiry date and a 15-day grace period to renew; updates and support resume as soon as you renew.
